Like many, I’ve faced my own struggles and moments of doubt. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, lost, or uncertain. But I’ve also learned that resilience is not something we’re simply born with—it’s a skill that can be developed with the right tools, mindset, and guidance. Over the years, I’ve embraced the power of resilience to overcome adversity and thrive in the face of challenges.
Prior to coaching I spent 25 years climbing the corporate ladder in a variety of industries such as, Telecomms, Financial Services and Retail. I built and developed high performing teams in the UK and globally.
I am hugely passionate to share what I have learnt on how to develop resilience and I became passionate about helping others unlock their own potential. Today, I use a combination of proven coaching techniques, mindfulness practices, and empathy to guide my clients toward their highest selves.
I live in Leeds UK, with my cat, Frankie who is 14 years old. I love to read and I am often found with a book in my bag. I love being outside in nature and find it is one way of re-energising myself after a busy day. I have been known to get lost on a cliff side or on a hike by the coast!
